The Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC) would like to invite you to take part as a vendor of GAACC Inaugural AsianEats Night Market taking place this Fall!
Our Inaugural AsianEats Night Market is set for Friday, November 2nd-November 3rd, a two-night event at ACC Highland Campus in Austin, TX.
Inspired by Evening Street markets common in east and Southeast Asia, GAACC looks to introduce the variety of Asian cuisine while inspiring entrepreneurs to bring lesser known Asian dishes to the market.
The night market will be organized as a walk through Asia, starting with the Middle East, through South Asia and Southeast Asia and ending with East Asia. We are naming the night market AsianEats to build on our AsianEats website and although Asian food will be the highlight, we will also have vendors selling products and local creative performances.
This event will be a compelling educational experience of the diversity of Asia for Central Texans of all ages while bringing the APA community together.
GAACC is excited about hosting the first-ever Pan‐Asian night first-ever Central Texas in 2018. We anticipate over 7500 attendees – this is why we need YOU! Will you help us celebrate the rich cultural diversity and heritage of Austin? We would be honored to have you!
No admission fee! FREE parking and Family Friendly. We provide the tent, tables, chairs, power, light and of course, the customers! All you need to do is show up with your products and banner. Booth fees and sizes vary by type. Overnight security is included. The vendor fee includes all two days of the festival. As a vendor in the AsianEats Night Market, you will also be featured on our website(s), our social media channels and all of our printed materials.
GAACC limits the overall number and type of vendors for this event. Therefore, applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage potential vendors to send completed applications as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly. We look forward to reviewing your application.
In partnership with the City of Austin, we will make every effort to be environmentally-friendly. Preference will be given to vendors who have a track-record of “green” practices and/or who can provide an environmentally-friendly plan of action for their booth throughout the night market weekend.
This event is hosted by GAACC and our mission of promoting Asian cuisine means that preference will be given to GAACC Food & Beverages members and vendors who specialize in Asian cuisine. We will limit entries from one country to 3 vendors unless the food offerings are unique and extremely different.
