The Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC) invites you to be a part of our first Asian Eats Night Market taking place Friday, March 22 & Saturday, March 23, 2019 at St. Vincent de Paul’s (901 W Braker Ln). The night market will be organized as a walk through Asia, starting in the middle east, through south and southeast Asia and ending in east Asia. Although Asian food will be the highlight, there will be vendors selling products and local creative performances.
We expect to have over 7,500 attendees both nights to celebrate the rich cultural diversity and heritage of Asia. The night market will be free and family friendly and we are making every effort to have this be a green event.
Vendors pay a fee to participate and keep all profits made. The fee includes tent, table, chairs, power, light and overnight security for both days. Vendors will be featured on this website and all of GAACC’s social media channels and marketing. Our goal is to offer a platform for dishes not currently available in Central Texas, so applications will be considered based on proposed menu. If you need access to a commercial kitchen, we can help you! The Temporary Food Permit will be paid for by the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
We encourage sellers to complete applications as soon as possible. Click the appropriate links below to be a food, food truck or retail vendor. All vendors will be required to attend an orientation prior to the event. Dates and details will be provided after acceptance.
Thank you to our sponsor, Austin Code Department and community partner Austin Infiniti!
